"In all parts of their lives, children with great manners have a powerful advantage over those who do not. They make friends easier, get along better with their teachers, and eventually make much better employees and spouses".  Dr. Charles Fay, 2002

Our mission at Manners Matter is to create a more civil and respectful society.
Today’s children are influenced by a me first, material-based, techno-society where social media, crude cartoons, violent games and reality TV dominate.
Manners Matter is dedicated to balancing the media’s influence by developing excellent social skills in children of all ages. Our goal is to teach children the importance of using proper etiquette, good manners and considerate behavior toward others. When children learn the importance of treating others with kindness, consideration and respect, they will be less likely to engage in bullying, and will model the behavior that will make them leaders in their schools and communities.
The etiquette training programs offered at Manners Matter empower children by providing them age-appropriate knowledge, leadership, and life skills to help them manage their daily activities with greater ease. Proper etiquette enables your child to face new situations with greater self confidence.  Our  programs are current and relevant to today's environment.
In the past, etiquette was taught at home by the family. However, current research indicates children tend to absorb more from a figure of authority outside the home. Children enjoy our practical and interactive approach.
Let Manners Matter help your child prepare for a successful future!
